Our gourmet cheeses are created in Spain from raw or pasteurised milk from cows, sheep or goats. They can be natural, smoked, semi-cured, or cured.

Our suppliers allow their animals to graze freely. They take great care of them to ensure that their traditional methods of production result in flavoursome cheese. We have negotiated exclusive deals with small producers. Quality is more important to us than quantity.
